This notice explains how personal data may be processed by SyncScores across its website and app. The operator’s legal identity and postal contact must be completed before public launch.

01. Operator and contact
SyncScores is a service brand. The legal name and postal address of its operator will be published before launch. Send privacy, access or deletion requests to support@syncscores.com. This draft is not a final GDPR or other local privacy notice until the operator is identified.
02. Data categories
When you create an account, we may process email, account identifiers, authentication/session records, profile information, settings, favorite teams/leagues/matches and notification preferences. IP address, device/OS information, timestamps and error logs may be processed for security and operations. We also process messages and files you send to support.
03. Purposes
We process data to authenticate users, protect accounts, sync favorites and settings, send requested alerts, resolve issues, answer requests, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not claim to transfer user profile data to sports-feed providers for marketing purposes.
04. Legal bases
Where applicable, the grounds include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in security and reliability, legal obligations, and consent where required. We will obtain legally required choices before optional analytics, personalized advertising or marketing activities begin.
05. Authentication and email
Account services may use Supabase and one-time-code email delivery may use Resend. Incoming support mail is forwarded with Cloudflare Email Routing. Where Apple or Google sign-in is enabled, those services may supply limited authentication data and apply their own privacy notices. Never share verification codes with support.
06. Push alerts and favorites
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) may process device push tokens and delivery-related technical information to provide opted-in match alerts. We may store match choices, favorites and notification preferences. You can disable notifications in device settings, which may prevent delivery.
07. Smart Match, audio and lights
Smart Match is designed to use atmosphere settings, sound preferences and compatible devices. Local-network or connectivity permissions may be requested for device discovery or control. Do not assume local music files are uploaded or your microphone is continuously recorded unless a feature explicitly explains such processing. Users must hold rights to the audio they choose.
08. Future advertising and analytics
We may introduce advertising and usage analytics in later releases. If enabled, relevant providers may handle advertising identifiers, device data and interaction/performance signals, subject to required notices, consent controls and opt-outs. We do not describe future providers as already collecting data. This notice and app-store privacy disclosures must be reviewed before activation.
09. Service providers and sharing
Infrastructure may include Supabase (accounts/data), Firebase/Google (push delivery), Resend (authentication email), and Cloudflare (web hosting, security and email forwarding). Some football data is sourced through API-Football; that does not imply automatic sharing of personal profile data with the sports-data source. Optional sign-in partners have separate policies.
10. International transfers
Service providers or subprocessors may operate outside your country. Where legally required, suitable transfer mechanisms, contracts and safeguards must be assessed. Hosting locations and exact transfer arrangements require confirmation before launch.
11. Retention and deletion
Account and preference information may be retained while needed for the service. Support correspondence, security logs, backups and legally required records may be retained for different necessary periods, then deleted, anonymized or restricted. A precise retention schedule must be finalized before launch; no indefinite retention is promised.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable GDPR, Turkish KVKK or other laws, you may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Contact support@syncscores.com; secure identity verification may be needed. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
13. Children
SyncScores does not aim to knowingly collect data from children. Use by minors is subject to local age and parental-consent requirements. Contact us if you believe we have inadvertently collected a child's information.
14. Website technologies
This static website currently includes no advertising pixel or behavioral analytics. Language selection is expressed in the URL; hosting and security systems may process routine connection metadata. Optional cookies or SDKs introduced later will be disclosed and subject to required controls.
15. Security
We aim to use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system guarantees zero risk. Report suspicious account activity and review your device access.
16. Updates
We may update this policy as functionality, processors or laws change. Material changes will receive appropriate notice and, when required, new consent. The update date appears above.
