Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the SyncScores website, app and features as available. The service is in pre-release and paid packages shown in demonstrations may not be available for purchase.
01. Scope and availability
SyncScores is an independent football-information and matchday-experience project. Features shown on the pre-launch website are planned and might not be available simultaneously in all markets or devices. Use the service lawfully.
02. Live data and reliability
Scores, fixtures, events, tables and player/team statistics are based on third-party feeds and may be delayed, missing or incorrect. They are not an official match record. Do not rely exclusively on them for consequential decisions.
03. API-Football and third-party rights
Some data is supplied through API-Football (api-football.com). Its data service does not automatically grant publication licenses or rights belonging to competitions, clubs, federations or players. Names, badges, portraits and other assets remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship. Rights holders can report concerns to support@syncscores.com.
04. Accounts and security
Keep sign-in details and verification codes private. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, you are responsible for activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorized access. Sensitive actions may require further verification.
05. Favorites, alerts and statistics
Favorites, filters, alerts and comparisons are convenience features; timely delivery is not guaranteed. Competition and player coverage depends on source availability. Information is not betting, financial or professional advice.
06. Smart Match and device safety
Smart Match aims to offer personalized sound and, with compatible hardware, lighting effects. Suitable devices, connections and permissions may be required. Use volume and flashing effects responsibly, especially when driving or where sensory sensitivity is relevant. Third-party hardware and apps may have separate terms.
07. User-supplied music and content
You are responsible for securing any rights needed for music, sound or other material you select. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or personality rights. SyncScores does not grant media licenses by providing playback or device features.
08. Premium, Premium+ and ad-free options
Planned Premium benefits include audio atmosphere and ad-free use; Premium+ additionally includes compatible smart lighting. A separate lifetime ad-free one-time product may be offered. Demo prices and trial calls-to-action are non-transactional mockups, not active purchases, trials or entitlements. If paid products launch, price, renewal, cancellation, refund and store terms will be disclosed before purchase.
09. Advertising and external links
Ads and third-party links may appear in later releases. Advertisers are responsible for their ads, and displaying a link is not an endorsement. Applicable privacy and consent rules will govern advertising and measurement.
10. Unacceptable conduct
Do not attack the service, send excessive automated requests, bypass protections, access others' accounts, scrape/resell datasets without permission or violate others' rights. Access may be limited when justified.
11. Intellectual property and notices
SyncScores owns or licenses its original brand, interface and code as applicable; this does not include third-party sports assets. Reports should identify the material, rights basis and contact details. We review and may correct, restrict or remove relevant content.
12. Changes and outages
Coverage, infrastructure, device support and product features may evolve. Maintenance, upstream failures and exceptional events can interrupt access. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when appropriate.
13. Limits and mandatory rights
We aim for reasonable care but cannot guarantee perfect data, uninterrupted service, timely notifications or device compatibility. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for willful misconduct where applicable. Other limitations apply only as permitted by law.
14. Law and dispute resolution
Mandatory consumer protections, data protection rights and legally available forums remain unaffected. Contact support@syncscores.com to seek an informal resolution. The operator's legal identity and any applicable governing-law clause will be finalized before launch.
15. Revisions and contact
Terms may be updated as products and laws change. Significant changes will be communicated as appropriate. Send questions and rights notices to support@syncscores.com.
